In Loving Memory
Philip "Phil" Wells Garland, 77, of Framingham, sadly passed away Sunday, November 5, after a long battle with various health issues.

Phil was born, raised and educated in Boston. He attended classes at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. He was self-employed as a technical illustrator and artist, and, was an award-winning watercolorist.

Phil was the beloved husband of his wife Frances (DiPietro) Garland of Framingham, father to Philip Garland of Weymouth, and Debbie Garland of Marlborough, step father to Jeffrey Farrell of Plano, Texas, brother to his late twin sister, Phylis Wingert and her husband Joe, and uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Phil's favorite role was that of being GRAMPY to his grandchildren-Thomas, Connor, and Abigail Garland of Weymouth. They were the joys of his life.

Services will be private, but a celebration of life is planned for July 2024.
